A combination of workshops and coaching to help employees with the turmoil of emotions and move them to a forward-thinking positive approach. Our services address the importance of emotional needs, those of stress, resilience and mindfulness.
Employees will also receive practical and useful tools to prepare them for finding a new role. The workshops are interactive, encouraging discussion and sharing experiences. Ongoing support can also be offered.
Employees will have the opportunity to begin their new journey with a changed mindset.

- Interview Skills
- Action planning and staying motivated
Workshops are typically two days, with a maximum of 14 delegates per workshop. It is possible to accommodate larger numbers, however with larger groups there may be less opportunity for discussion and coaching.
We recommend further one-to-one coaching on any aspect. Employees pre-book the day and time, we coach up to 5 employees per day.
What to expect
We always discuss and agree the final design of the workshops and coaching sessions with our clients before delivery. You can choose the approach to meet your needs e.g:
- Workshop +1 coaching session
- Workshop plus ongoing coaching support for 3 – 6 coaching sessions
